What is Longevity Lab?

It is a three tier platform addressing nutrition (biomedicine), body (fitness) and brain (meditation).

Who can be a part of Longevity Lab?

Patients must be at least 18 years, or older. If under a parent on the family plan, patient must be at least 13 years of age.

What is the cost?

Currently, it is $99 dollars a month for tier one nutrition per person. If there are two adults only in a family, the second adult is 25% off ($74.25).

Family Plan for more than two adults in the family and/or children ages 13 and older:

  • First adult is $99, second adult 25% off ($74.25) and children $25. If it is only the child ages 13 and older joining the Longevity Lab with the consent of the adult than the child will be $99 a month.

What do I get in Tier-One Longevity Lab?

Unlimited consultation time, this includes review of blood work and lab tests if performed. Clinician will provide lab work scripts within your network provider or with a discount lab service depending upon your deductible limits.

We will find the most economical solution for you to obtain your blood work. You will also get unlimited access to doctor-patient Facebook lives weekly where you can ask questions and provide topics you want to know more about to reach your optimal nutritional health.

Your nutritional tracker is reviewed weekly with real-time feedback.

Is lab work or lab tests covered in Longevity Lab fee?

No, your lab work and lab tests are billed separately either by your insurance or the lab itself, depending on your coverage.

Is DNA testing covered by insurance?

No, the DNA testing is not covered by insurance.

Is the DNA testing critical to determining what I should take supplement wise?

Yes, we introduced this specific DNA testing for two reasons:

1. To get specific on your nutritional needs e.g. what you need nutrition wise unique for you.

2. To limit the number of overall supplements you have to take to stay healthy.

Will I have to take other supplements in addition to my DNA supplement?

You might need to depending upon a specific nutritional need. Ideally, we want to you to have a targeted short supplement list to get you healthy and keep you there.

Will my supplement list change over time?

Absolutely, there will be modifications to your DNA supplement as well as your additional supplements based on your ever changing nutritional needs. If your nutrition stayed the same, you would not be improving.

Can I submit my consult time to insurance?

Yes, we will provide you with a claim to submit with diagnostic and treatment codes for any consult time performed. We will provide you with an insurance claim submission monthly.
